HSB Resources, in partnership with Safer Together, facilitate the Assist and Assure program. Assist and Assure fosters open, engaging safety conversations to help employees and contractors work more safely while ensuring consistent, effective communication for improved safety outcomes. It is a way of working to proactively identify and mitigate risk in work preparation and execution.
Safety training for frontline workers, supervisors and safety leaders
This comprehensive course equips participants with the skills and knowledge to:
- Understand the elements of Assist and Assure
- Lead engaging and effective transition-to-work meetings
- Facilitate impactful “Step 7” safety conversations
- Exhibit strong safety leadership in daily operations
Safer Together provides training and resources to help Member Companies implement this approach, which proactively identifies and mitigates risks in work preparation and execution, aiming to prevent harm on the front line.
