Blair Hart
Founder
Blair is a seasoned Health and Safety Professional, with extensive expertise in HSEQ. He is recognised for strategic ingenuity and insight, ensuring functional application of health and safety systems. He has held senior leadership roles in oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, local government, and construction industries.
Blair is hands-on and thrives on being challenged with developing appropriate solutions to mitigate organisational risk whilst maintaining practical operational processes. He started HSB Resources to build a team and take his expertise in interpreting and applying WHS legislation, and industry guidelines to a broader set of clients and industries. He and his team are driven to simplify safety protocols and build robust safety cultures for clients.
When not at work, Blair enjoys skiing, golf, and family time.
